A friend had gotten one of the sympathy boxes in the past so I knew it would be perfect for a friend who lost a dear pet. I ordered it but on my phone when I clicked Apple Pay at the top of checkout it autopopulated my home address as shipping address and I could not correct it. I messaged the team and Brit said she would correct it so I was stoked. Not so stoked when the packaged arrived at my house instead. I have emailed and not heard back about getting a shipping label to send along. I found a friend who could deliver it (about 60 miles away) but it won't be for a week, so i opened the plant so it could get light. I am glad I did - it was sideways in the box when I opened it from the taped up end I on top, many of the succulent leaves were broken off and there was dirt throughout the shredded paper packaging. I will need to replace the plant locally and repackage before I pass the box along. Bummed about this because otherwise this is a great idea and the grief cards are really great.
