This is the first communication I have received from this store despite my trying to contact them over the course of several weeks, multiple times and through multiple forums without response. Absolutely awful customer service. The package was also delayed by two weeks with no reason or notice despite the fact that I paid $30 for 1 day expedited delivery. Would not recommend Solace and Sage to anyone.
